Capabilities and Equipment
Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to manufacture extremely durable subsea connectors and cable assemblies. Although our most common molds consist of Neoprene & Polyurethane, we can use a wide variety of materials should the customer need it. Equipment includes:
- 3 Custom Hydraulic Presses – 8″ x 10″ working surface and 10″ height. Automated temperature control. 1500 psi.
- 2 Polyurethane Heat Plates – 36″ x 6″ with automated temperature control.
- 1 Gallon Vacuum Chamber
- 5 Gallon Pressure Tank (5000 psi)
- Sandblast Cabinet
- Haas VF2 CNC Mill
Product Testing
Due to the extreme nature and use of our products, all designs must undergo a rigorous testing procedure prior to final release. Tests include mate/de-mate cycles, operational depth, operational temperature, pressure ratings, voltage and current capabilities, and many others.
